Hi,

It is important to remember to send me the podcast just once because there are some people sending me the same podcast two or three times and I can't see if they are repeated or not because when I receive it there are no names or e-mails. The podcast just have the name of the podcast website.
Remember that all the time that you send me a podcast you have to say your name and that you just have one minute to record.
